Do you have a sauna? How can I book it?

Yes! We have an infrared sauna. You can book a session through the Membership tab on our website, by calling us, stopping by the front desk, or through your member account.

How do I report a broken machine or facility issue?

Please notify the front desk or email chaylene@empyrefitness.com.

What classes do you offer?

We offer Hyrox classes. Visit our Hyrox page for more details.

What is the age requirement to work out at Empyre Fitness?

Empyre Fitness is an 18+ facility. The only exception is for members under 18 who are training with one of our certified trainers, with parental/guardian approval required.

Do you offer personal training? How much does it cost?

Yes! We have multiple trainers with varying levels of experience. Check out our trainers here.

What is your policy on filming or taking pictures in the gym?

Filming and photography are allowed. Please be mindful of your surroundings and respectful of others. Tripods are available at the front desk.

Do you have showers, lockers, or towel services?

Yes! Our facility offers fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, pre-pasted toothbrushes, Q-tips, dry shampoo, hair ties, lint rollers, and lotion.

Do you offer family memberships or guest passes?

Yes, we do! You can find all the information on memberships and guest passes here.

Can I cancel or put my membership on hold?

We offer no-contract memberships, and you can cancel anytime with a 7-day cancellation notice. Memberships can also be placed on hold for up to 6 months with 2 days' notice. Any changes to a membership hold require 1 day's notice.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! For every referral, you receive one free month of membership (up to three months per year), as long as the referral maintains their membership for at least three months.

Are outside trainers allowed?

No. Personal training services are exclusive to Empyre Fitness trainers. Unauthorized training of clients may result in membership revocation.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for military personnel and first responders.

Does Empyre Fitness host events and challenges?

Yes! We host community social events featuring local vendors and services. We also organize an annual block party in the summer to support local charities, as well as an anniversary celebration each year.
